Refund and Cancellation Policy for OTT + Internet Plan:
Thank you for choosing our OTT + Internet plan. We appreciate your support and trust. Please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy.
- Refunds for OTT + Internet Combo Plans: We regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided for OTT + Internet combo plans. This policy is due to our limitations in obtaining refunds from broadcasters or apps once the subscription is activated.
- Refunds for Internet Only Plan: Clients who have subscribed to our Internet-only plan may request a refund if they are not completely satisfied with our services. We will provide a partial refund based on the remaining subscription amount per day. However, installation charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@Poemtechno.in. We will Credit refunds within 15 working days in original mode of payment after receiving the request. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment. If payment was made by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. For payments made via a payment gateway, refunds will be processed through the same gateway.
- Duplicate Payments: In the event of a duplicate payment or account debit without crediting the billing account, customers may request a refund by emailing info@Poemtechno.in. Alternatively, customers have the option to adjust the duplicate payment in the next recurring billing cycle. Refunds for duplicate payments will be credited within 15 days after receiving the request.
